收到审稿意见后如何回复，直接决定论文能否被录用。很多论文不是被拒在质量上，而是被拒在糟糕的Response Letter上。本文提供完整的回复策略和模板话术，帮你高效应对审稿意见。
一、收到审稿意见后的第一步
不要急着写回复。先做以下几件事：
- 冷静读完所有意见：第一遍通读，了解整体态度（Major/Minor Revision）
- 分类标注：将每条意见分为"同意并修改""部分同意""不同意"三类
- 评估工作量：需要补充实验吗？需要重新分析数据吗？估算修改时间
- 制定修改计划：按优先级排列修改任务，先处理容易的，再攻克困难的
- 与共同作者讨论：确保所有作者对修改方案达成一致
二、Response Letter的基本结构
开头：感谢编辑和审稿人的时间和建议
修改概述：简要说明做了哪些主要修改
逐条回复：对每条审稿意见进行回复
结尾：再次感谢，表达期待录用的意愿
三、不同类型审稿意见的回复策略
类型1：同意并修改（最简单）
Reviewer comment: "The authors should include the sample size calculation in the Methods section."
Response: "We thank the reviewer for this suggestion. We have added the sample size calculation in the revised Methods section (Page 7, lines 15-20): [修改后的文本]."
要点：确认修改 + 指出修改位置（页码和行号）+ 引用修改后的文本。
类型2：需要补充实验/数据
Reviewer comment: "It would strengthen the paper to validate the findings in an in vivo model."
Response: "We appreciate the reviewer's insightful suggestion. To address this, we have conducted additional experiments using [动物模型/细胞模型], and the new results are presented in Figure 5 and Supplementary Table 3. Specifically, [简述新结果]. These results further support our conclusion that [结论]."
要点：感谢建议 + 说明做了什么新实验 + 指出新结果在哪里 + 说明新结果如何支持结论。
类型3：礼貌反驳（最需要技巧）
Reviewer comment: "The authors claim X, but this is not supported by the data."
Response: "We understand the reviewer's concern. However, we respectfully disagree with this assessment for the following reasons: [1. 解释数据如何支持X] [2. 引用支持X的文献]. To clarify this point, we have revised the relevant text (Page 8, lines 5-12) to more precisely state our conclusion as [更准确的表述]."
要点：理解审稿人的担忧 + 有理有据地反驳 + 妥协性地修改表述（即使你认为自己对，也可以稍微软化表述）。
类型4：要求引用文献
Reviewer comment: "The authors should cite Smith et al. (2024) and discuss their findings."
Response: "We thank the reviewer for bringing this important work to our attention. We have cited Smith et al. (2024) in the revised manuscript (Page 4, line 22) and added a discussion of their findings: [新增的讨论文本]."
注意：审稿人推荐的文献大概率是ta自己的文章。引用即可，但如果推荐文献与你的研究确实相关，也可以诚实地讨论。
类型5：意见模糊或超出范围
Reviewer comment: "The paper would benefit from a more comprehensive analysis."
Response: "We appreciate the reviewer's suggestion for a more comprehensive analysis. While a full comprehensive analysis is beyond the scope of the current study, we have expanded our analysis to include [具体新增的分析内容] in the revised manuscript (Section 3.4). We believe this additional analysis addresses the reviewer's concern while maintaining the focus of our study."
要点：承认建议有价值 + 解释为何不能完全采纳 + 做出部分修改作为回应。
四、Response Letter的10条黄金法则
- 逐条回复，一条不漏：哪怕是夸奖你的意见，也要回复"Thank you for the positive comment."
- 标注审稿人原文：用不同颜色或引用格式区分审稿人意见和你的回复
- 指出修改位置：写清"Page X, lines Y-Z"，方便编辑和审稿人核对
- 态度永远礼貌：即使审稿人意见不专业，也不能表现出不满
- 反驳要有据：用数据、文献说话，不要说"we believe"了事
- 不要遗漏任何审稿人：如果有3位审稿人，每位的意见都要逐条回复
- 修改稿用红色标注：方便审稿人快速定位修改内容
- 先易后难：回复顺序可以先处理简单意见，再处理复杂的
- 修改不是退让：如果审稿人要求降低论文的claims，适当修改表述可以，但核心结论不要轻易妥协
- 注意截止日期：Major Revision通常给1-3个月修改时间，逾期可能视为自动撤稿
